At Tempest, we are all about striving to exceed our clients' expectations. It's in our psyche and it's what drives us. The strength and experience of our team generates a positive sense that we can achieve anything we set our minds to.

Dave, who has been at Tempest for more than 11 years, oversees client liaison, and supplier and staff management. He is also on hand to provide technical support for staff when needed.

His management philosophy is that a company is not just a group of people achieving results individually, and that success depends on a strong team working together to achieve outstanding results.

Dave enjoys passing on his over 20 years of knowledge and experience to apprentices and junior tradesmen, and seeing them put it into practice in their day-to-day work. His greatest job satisfaction comes from receiving positive feedback from clients and hearing from them that his team has solved problems that quite often other companies have been unable to fix.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys time in the bush, the company of friends and family, and riding his Harley Davidson. He admits he would be lost without music, so his iPod is always close by.
