One of my best memories of working at Tempest was a job I did late one Friday afternoon that rolled on into the evening, and the client assumed I was going to go home and finish on Monday. He was so appreciative when I put my head down and got on with it and finished the job that night.

Steve has been with Tempest for more than 13 years. As Service Supervisor, he liaises with clients and handles general maintenance and repair of breakdowns.

For Steve, the high points of his job are the people he works with and the interesting variety of work he encounters because no two jobs are exactly the same. Nothing gives him more satisfaction than getting the job done and going above and beyond a client's expectations.

Family is the most important thing to Steve outside of work, and he spends time on home renovations and volunteering for his local rugby and cricket clubs.
