A multifunction community centre including two large function halls, corporate offices, café, changerooms and amenities, located in the heart of Liverpool City.
The $800,000 project involved the installation of 18 chilled/hot-water fan-coil units, a 4 pipe simultaneous heat/cool chiller including buffer tanks, primary and secondary water pumps, kitchen exhaust systems. The project included installation of a bespoke building controls system.
Tempest Solutions worked closely with the client to successfully deliver this project which faced a number of challenges due to the Covid pandemic.
