Our emergency after hours callout system will put you directly in touch with the on-call technician that will attend the call. This ultimately eliminates any automated services & any unnecessary time wastage. Contract clients are also provided with an escalation protocol where supervisors & senior management will be available 24 x 7 should the need arise.”
