A multi-stage, multi-year long project involving the upgrade and installation of 20 rooftop package units, 25 smoke exhaust fans, 2 Cooling towers and condenser water pumps.
Due to the scale of the site footprint, Tempest Solutions managed the logistical planning and implementation of a multiple helicopter and crane lifting for critical equipment conducted outside of centre operating hours to minimise interruptions to retail tenants.
As part of the project, Tempest Solutions was also commissioned to implement a major upgrade to a retail tenant HVAC system, including a 500KW chiller, 2,000 litre buffer tank, new energy efficient gas boiler system and replacement and remediation of existing BMS controls.
